Ice-cool Silicone Emulsion KF-806 is a type of cationic organosilicon emulsion Softener. 

Appearance: Semitransparent emulsion 


Content: 40% 


Ionic Type: Cationic


PH Value: Approximately 6.


Application Features: 

Ice-cool Silicone Emulsion KF-806 applies to padding process of cellulose fiber fabrics and blended fabrics, and endows fabrics with excellent slippy-cool and soften hand feeling.It has slightly influences on whiteness,color shade of colored fabrics and clolor fastness in normal applied condition.

Ice-cool Silicone Emulsion KF-806 can be used alone or with other softening agent. Compatibility and solubility test should be finished before application. Ice-cool Silicone Emulsion KF-806 may be diluted with water at the ratio of 1 : 1, which is recommended in padding process. 


Recommended Padding Process: 10-120 g/L Ice-cool Silicone Emulsion KF-806 (range in accordance with specific fabrics), drying, setting 120℃~150℃×3 min. 


Typical Formula :

Woven fabrics and knitted fabrics of cotton fiber. 

Padding Process: 10-120 g/L Ice-cool Silicone Emulsion KF-806 

Drying at 130℃ 


Storage Method: 

Avoid direct sunlight, stored in the cool area of ventilation and shade. 

Storage life is 12 months at least at 25℃ and sealed condition. 


Notes: Exposure to atmosphere for a long time is prohibited. Seal up the product timely after usage.


Package and Storage:125kg or 190kg per plastic drum. Sealed and protected from light.Storage life is 12 months.
