Amino Silicone Oil of Oily and Slippy Style KF-5101 is a type of high-quality amino silicon oil. Slippy property is fine, glossiness is high, and yellowing property is low. KF-478 is the matched emulsifier to it. Its amino value is low, so we recommend that Amino Silicone Oil for Tencel-like KF-5102 should be emulsified with Amino Silicone Oil for Tencel-like KF-5102 and Super Amino Silicone Oil Emulsion KF-5106, by which excellent softness will be obtained.

Emulsifying Method:Firstly, amino silicon oil and emulsifier are successively added into a reaction kettle with an anchor paddle agitator. After stirring of 10 minutes, mixture of 200 kg of water and 6 kg of glacial acetic acid is added slowly into the reaction kettle while stirring (within 40~50 min), then 728 kg of water is added slowly, you will get 1334 kg semi-transparent and stable emulsion of 30% content.
Package and Storage: 115 kg or 180 kg per plastic drum. Storage life is 12 months.
