The product is the corresponding emulsion of Three-component Block Silicone Oil for Cotton 797. It is an upgraded and updated product of normal amino silicon oil, and overcomes its drawbacks of poor stability and non-redyeing.

Environmental Property: The product is environmental-friendly. It doesn’t contain banned chemicals and conforms to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 of EU.
Emulsifying Method: Emulsifying example: 100 kg of emulsifiers and 300 kg of silicone oil 897 are successively added into a reaction kettle with an anchor paddle agitator. After stirring of 20 minutes, 100 kg of water containing 6.5 kg of glacial acetic acid is added slowly into the reaction kettle while stirring, then 500 kg of water is added slowly, you will get transparent emulsion of 40% content.
Application Scope : The product is generally used for cotton cloth’s finishing, and handle is slippy, soft and delicate. When it is used for chemical fabrics, softness, slippy property and bulkiness are all fine.
Package and Storage: 120 kg or 190 kg per plastic drum. Storage life is 12 months.
