KF-4031 is the latest fabric finishing product developed by our company. It is suitable for the dip rolling process of all kinds of fabrics, and the effect of deepening and color modification is remarkable, especially for the finishing and deepening of "Arabic black" polyester fabric. In order to obtain better deepening effect, KF-4031 and KF-4018 can be used together. The usage is as follows: first finish the fabric with KF-4018, then finish with KF-4031.

Application Method: Suggestion: The concentration of dip rolling is 20-30g / L, which can also be adjusted according to the process. But it must be washed completely and dehydrated after dyeing. Generally, it can be finished when the product is stretched or finalized . The drying temperature should be above 120 ℃ to ensure the durability of the effect. 170-180 ℃ and 90-120s are recommended.

Packaging and Storage: 50kg or 125kg plastic drum. Store in cool and dry place, antifreeze. Storage life is six months.
