Ultra Stable Hydrophilic Silicone Oil QQA is a new type of product, for which our company has spent four years. It is a type of three-component block copolymer with combination of siloxane, polyamine and polyether. The product is an upgraded and updated product of normal amino silicon oil, and overcomes its drawbacks of poor stability,non-hydrophilic and non-redyeing.

Content: 80% without emulsifiers and water
Environmental Property: The product is environmental-friendly. It doesn’t contain banned chemicals and conforms to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 of EU.
Dilution Method:
1.The product :emulsifiers= 3:1, then the mixture is emulsified to the required concentration.This method needs regular emulsifying equipment because of its high viscosity during emulsifying turning.The emulsion emulsified by this method has excellent stability,such as resistance to strong anion ,strong alkali ,strong acid ,high temperature and high shear.
2.The product:Monobutyl ether=10:3.This method is easier to emulsify.
You can choose one of these methods to emulsify as needed.
Application Scope : The product is used for various fibers’ finishing. Especially when it is used for cotton cloth’s finishing, hydrophilicity and softness are all fine.
