Purpose and Usage of Product:
The product is a type of highly concentrated soaping agent, generally used in after-soaping process of dyed or printed cellulose fiber fabrics in order to remove unfixed reactive dyes and its hydrolysate. It can be diluted directly by water to produce foam-free soaping agent, or compounded with a small amount of surfactants to produce anti-staining soaping agent.
Action Mechanism:
The dyes which aren’t boned with fabrics will be washed off via chemical action between soaping agent and dyes, and the floating dyes will be removed by the functions of dispersing, chelating and complexing effects of the soaping agent.
Features:
l Highly concentrated powder. It can be directly applied in soaping process, and also be used after diluted and compounded with other products.
l Having a certain degree of chelating and dispersing capacity, it can avoid precipitation of mineral substance in hard water, and remove floating dyes.
l There is no foam at any temperature condition. It is especially suitable for overflow dyeing machine.
l Having good compatibility, it can be compounded with surfactants.
