The product is applied in detergent washing process after dyeing and soaping process after printing of cotton and polyester-cotton fabrics. It can wipe out floating dyes to promote colour fastness, and meet people’s growing needs for textiles’ colour fastness.

Application Scope :
1It can increase unfixed dyes’ solubility, accelerate floating dyes’ moving to water, improve detergent washing potency, and enhance rubbing and soaping fastness. In addition, it can prevent washed dyes from redyeing and staining printed fabrics.
2No foams, and it can be applied in continuous process or in jet dyeing machine.
Process for Reference:
1 Immersion method: Soaping of dyed fabrics: 0.5-1.5 g/L×98℃×15 min
Soaping of printed fabrics: 1-2 g/L
2 Padding method: 5-20 g/L×98℃
Package and Storage: 50 kg or 125 kg per plastic drum. Exposure to bright sunlight for a long time or blending with other materials is prohibited. Storage life is 12 months at room temperature.
