Ice-cool Silicone Oil 5108 is a high-quality amino silicone oil that imparts slippery and icy hand feelings to the treated fabrics.It can be used alone or blended with Ice-cool Silicone Oil 5104 (high ammonia value) and Ice-cool Silicone Oil 5116 (low ammonia value) in order to obtain slippery and silky feelings.

Emulsifying Method: Firstly, add ice-cool silicone oil and emulsifier to the reaction kettle equipped with anchor stirring, keep stirring for 10 minutes,then mix 6Kg glacial acetic acid and 400Kg tap water evenly, add the mixture slowly while stirring (complete the drop in 40-50 minutes), then add the remaining 427Kg tap water slowly,and filtered to obtain 1233Kg semitransparent microemulsion of ice-cooling silicone oil with the solid content of 30%.
Application Scope: Suitable for icy, smooth finishing of pure cotton, polyester cotton, mercerized cotton, viscose fiber, etc.
Advantages: This product presents an extremely low yellowing property, shows minimal effect on fabric shade; It doesn’t lead to roller sticking,tank dipping, oil drifting or demulsification during the operation like traditional silicone oils.
