Amino Silicone Oil for Tencel-like KF-5102 is a type of high-quality amino silicon oil, softness and slippy property of which are excellent and glossiness of which is high. KF-478 is the matched emulsifier to it. The corresponding amino silicon oil microemulsion of beautiful appearance and stable property can be prepared efficiently and conveniently by applying it.

Glacial acetic acid 4 kg
Water 796 kg
Emulsifying Method:Firstly, KF-5102 and KF-478 are successively added into a reaction kettle with an anchor paddle agitator. After stirring of 10 minutes, mixture consisting of 100 kg of water and 4 kg of glacial acetic acid is added slowly into the reaction kettle while stirring (within 40~50 min), then 696 kg of water is added slowly, you will get 1000 kg transparent and stable emulsion of 30% content.
Package and Storage: 120 kg or 190 kg per plastic drum. Storage life is 12 months.
