Emulsification method: First, Linear Amino Silicone Oil KF-5105 and Emulsifier KF-478 are added to the stirred tank with anchor stirrers, stirring 10min, then mixing 7KG glacial acetic acid and 100KG tap water, stirring slowly and adding the reaction vessel (40~50min plus), then slowly adding the remaining 456KG tap water, and obtaining 833KG translucent 30% amino silicone oil microemulsion.
Package and storage: 120Kg or 190Kg per plastic drum.Stored in a cool and dry place.Storage life is 12 months.
