Emulsifier KF-478 70 kg
Glacial acetic acid 7 kg
Water 623 kg
Emulsifying Method:Firstly, KF-5106 and KF-478 are successively added into a reaction kettle with an anchor paddle agitator. After stirring of 10 minutes, mixture consisting of 100 kg of water and 7 kg of glacial acetic acid is added slowly into the reaction kettle while stirring (within 40~50 min), then 523 kg of water is added slowly, you will get 900 kg semitransparent mircroemulsion with the solid content of 30%.
Package and Storage: 120 kg or 190 kg per plastic drum. Storage life is 12 months.
