KF-YP40 is a compound of various silicone oils. It is a ternary block copolymer of siloxane, polyether and polyamine. It is suitable for wool, cashmere and blended fabrics finishing.

Application Scope : The product is used in chemical fibers’ finishing process. Especially when it is used for wool,cashmere,blended yarn,fabrics and garment with excellent softness,smoothness and fluffy. It can be used alone or combined with other products according to customers' needs. It has better matching effect with Silicone Softener for Wool KF-YP30.
Reference Usage: Temperature 30-40℃ PH 6-7 Bath Ratio:1:10-1:20
Recommendation Dosage: 1-6% of fabric weight, Hand feeling finishing time:15-40 min
Reminder: In order to avoid local uneven, resulting in spots, high consistency emulsion must be diluted more than 3 times then added into the cylinder. If the water temperature is not enough, it must be heated first ,then add softener.It can’t be heated during the process,in order to prevent demulsification due to high local-temperature.
Package and Storage: 125 kg or 190 kg per plastic drum. Storage life is 12 months.
